STRATEGIC USER Open to any potential or actual User of ESS’s eDocs Services	US$5,000	free attendance at all DDG events	As per Standard User plus: Membership extends to all wholly related entities of the Strategic User right to sit on Strategic Workgroups chair or participate in User Workgroups as a right right to propose one representative to join the Executive Committee and stand for election right to participate in the Legal Workgroup, by invitation of the Executive Committee only
SOLUTION PARTNER Open to any organization that works with ESS to provide eDocs Solutions	US$5,000		participate in relevant DDG events by invitation participate in relevant Strategic Workgroups by invitation access Extranet attend (but not vote at) the open sessions of annual general meeting license to use ESS standard document templates
OBSERVER Open to Non Users only, e.g., Trade Associations, P & I Clubs, Standards Bodies, Governmental and Intergovernmental Organizations	Reciprocal (where available)	$250/attendee	participate in DDG events by invitation access to Extranet attend (but not vote at) the open sessions of annual general meeting right to stand for election to the Executive Committee and participate in any Workgroup, including specifically the Legal Workgroup by invitation
